Golf Shop Gossip
Welcome back! I hope 2009 will be one of our best seasons yet.
The course is completed with the final touches being done as we speak.
Our new Course Superintendent, Joey, is working hard to get it into shape and keeping it in shape all year long. Make sure you say hi to him if you get the chance.
The golf shop welcomes Sophia Venturin and Julie Kovacs to the team (Dana and Nicole are back for another season). Nicole has been promoted to Golf Shop Manager and will help you with all your special needs as well as the day to day operations of the shop. The golf shop has a new updated computer system to further serve you faster, but as always there are little bugs to work out and while the girls are trained it sometimes takes a little time to get through. Please show a little patience.
Dave Nash is back as my Associate Professional. If you have never played with Dave, be sure you do. He is a wonderful player and a good guy. Maybe grab a lesson or two and maybe you will play as well as he does. Congratulate Dave as he has just had his second child, a little girl named Grace.
The outside operation has been revamped with emphasis on customer service. We have acquired players assistants and starters for Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sundays.
The backshop have been trained and chosen to provide the service that will exceed the member's and their guest's expectations.
